Photo supplied should be of good clear quality as we can only create an image as good as the one supplied. Photos should be emailed to Enquiries@SherlocksEngravedGifts.co.uk to ensure that the best quality is retained.
We will email you a proof of the design before we create the item to ensure you are completely happy. please keep an eye out for this email to prevent any unneccesary delay to your order. If we do not recieve a response after 48hours we will accept this as your acknowledgement of being happy with the layout.

We are unable to accept returns for personalised items, please ensure that names, dates, quotes and messages are spelt and punctuated correctly as we will engrave exactly as you have requested.
